Let's improve the way we train our teams.
Adult learning theory goes into all of the ways in which adults can learn but guess what? It all boils down to human psychology- WHY do they want to learn? HOW will this improve their lives? If you want your employees and staff to retain new knowledge and skills, we must first motivate them! They need to know WHY this training is needed, desired, and how it will benefit not just the organization, but their own individual roles within it. Otherwise, they're going to be bored, unmotivated, and the entire thing will be a waste of time, money, and effort.
And unfortunately, this is very often the case with most training and development programs.
My question is: Why can't training- and learning- be FUN? This is what I strive to deliver in every course. Because...
